1. We love college students and many are already happy customers of ours. However, we are unable to provide college students or those living in dorm rooms with this offer. A semester is only three months long so this offer is not available to college students looking for a free ride. Sorry!

2. A credit card is required when you accept delivery of a storage closet. You will not be charged for the first three months. However, you will be charged $69.95 for each month thereafter. 

3. This offer is limited to residents of New York City.

4. This offer is limited to one closet per address.

5. This offer is limited to one closet per person.

6. All storage closets and trunk containers must be delivered to the same address it was picked up from.
